A new Wellington County rural transportation survey has had a quick start, with hundreds of responses at the one-week mark.
While Wellington County does have the Ride Well Program, a rural rideshare operating throughout the region, that pilot project is approaching its end.
The survey, looking at rural transportation in the area, will run until Friday, Feb. 16 at 12 p.m.
CICW sat down with county economic development officer James Vaclavek to learn more about what Ride Well meant to the community in its early stages and what the future holds for rural transportation within Wellington County.
