Six Nations Police Service (SNPS) have taken two individuals into custody after a shooting Tuesday morning.
SNPS say they received a report of a shooting shortly after 7 a.m. on Bateman Line between First Line Road and Indian Line Road in a May 28 media release.
After arriving on scene, the two suspects were taken into custody and no injuries were reported as a result of the shooting and police say there is no risk to the public’s safety.
SNPS say the investigation is ongoing and residents can expect to see a continued police presence in the area of Seneca Road between Second Line Road and Third Line Road.
