Trees for Tots has high hopes this holiday season, coming off a record-smashing year for funds raised.
Trees for Tots is a tree collection service that operates in the Village of Rockwood, City of Guelph and the Township of Puslinch.
Christmas trees, once repurposed, are used for creek restoration, walking trails, and other community projects. Raised funds go towards the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.
CICW spoke with event lead Amanda Kavchak on the significance of building off a strong year, and more.
