Toronto Fringe Festival announced on Jan. 9 their new executive director who will be following after the departure of Lucy Eveleigh.
Rachel Kennedy is the new executive director of Toronto Fringe Festival. Kennedy has been working in the Canada art scene for over a decade with other organizations such as the Playwrights Guild of Toronto.
The Fringe Festival is an arts organization in the city that run performance art festival every July. The organization has been hosting festivals since 1989.
Kennedy isn’t the only one starting in a new position: Laura Paduch has assumed the role of managing director and Kate Supleve takes on the mantle of board chair following the departure of Jason Murray.
