Stephenville Mayor Tom Rose is asking government to reconsider the town as a designated route for the newly formed Heart Force One air ambulance.
The town is having a public meeting today to discuss contacting the health minister and premier about the matter. Rose says there is a large geographic area in this province and it makes no sense to leave Stephenville off the map. He has also noticed Request for Proposals were placed in every airport except Stephenville.
