Six Nations is set to play host to the 2024 Chiefs of Ontario Annual Chiefs Assembly and regional chief election next month and will mark the first time the assembly and election have been held on the territory.
Six Nations Elected Council made the announcement for the event during today’s Six Nations of the Grand River Chief and Council Radio Show.
The event will take place June 11-13 at the Six Nations Sports & Cultural Memorial Center in Ohsweken and will feature a trades show and keynote speakers from First Nations’ communities from across the province.
