Canada Post workers are still on strike, at the worst possible time for Christmas cards and gift delivery. As of December 9 the two sides still appeared to be far from resolving the strike. Millions of children around the world write letters to Santa every year and as his address is the North Pole, Canada (postal code HOHOHO) many have been worried that their letters won’t be received. However, CJRO had a chance to interview Santa during his busy holiday season while he was at the Metcalfe Santa Parade in the City of Ottawa’s rural southeast on Sunday, December 8. Mr. Claus offered reassurances, saying that he may not have time to answer every letter, but he and his elves still know what children are asking for, and not to worry.
