Sackville resident Percy Best says Tantramar’s Municipal Roadshow, which made a stop in Sackville last week, is “a perfect environment to voice concerns for the betterment of our town.”
Best was one of a handful of residents who came out for the third edition of the municipal awareness tour at the Tantramar Veterans Memorial Civic Centre on Thursday morning.
The municipality is on the road until June 19, connecting with residents to encourage the sharing of ideas about priorities and plans.
Residents raised a range of issues including pedestrian safety, ATVs on town streets, public transportation opportunities for seniors, and the lack of heritage bylaws in Sackville.
