It’s been just over a week since the move to the new acute care hospital on Cpl Pinksen Memorial Drive in Corner Brook.
Today, Premier Andrew Furey and former Premier Dwight Ball held a special celebration day for staff.
Corner Brook MHA Gerry Byrne joined Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit this morning to talk about the day. He says it’s been tough during all the developments to celebrate what has been achieved over the past four years. Byrne says the hospital is a place of many memories and experiences but the new hospital is state of the art.
