Kishore Nashena and his wife Bernice Chang have started a new hydroponic business in Russell Township.
They have built a greenhouse and started selling lettuce and salad greens such as spinach, arugula, chard and cilantro, among others. Customers can call or message them and within two hours their fresh greens will be harvested and ready for pick up.
Nashena and Chang will be selling direct to consumers and potentially at one or two farmers’ markets.
