Police say human remains were found inside a tractor trailer unit parked in Port aux Basques on Monday.
RCMP Cpl. Jolene Garland says they are the remains of 51 year old Brian Lush, who was first reported missing in Ontario on April 24. Lush had parked a moving truck at the Petro Pass Truck Stop in Summerstown, near Cornwall. He was heading back home to Newfoundland at the time.
Meanwhile, the Ontario Provincial Police is still investigating the missing persons case.
