It will be a year to remember for the Grand Celtic Pipe Band, as they enter their 25th anniversary in 2025. This calendar year, the band will also return to organized competition. Pipe Major Peter Hummel came to the group from Guelph’s pipe band last March. He estimates it’s been nearly a decade since the Grand Celtic Pipe Band last competed.
They will be in both Embro and their hometown of Fergus to compete at the Highland Games in 2025.
