Nike N7 will be on the Six Nations territory for the first time this weekend and bringing its programs to the youth.
Nike N7 and the Haudenosaunee Nationals lacrosse teams are hosting a multi-sports camp with the hopes of providing an opportunity for Six Nations youth to participate in and to showcase the power of sports and physical activity.
Members of the Haudenosaunee Nationals lacrosse teams will be at the event running the interactive sports experiences which will include lacrosse, golf, soccer, and baseball.
Fawn Porter, a member of both the field and box lacrosse Haudenosaunee Nationals team, says she hopes that this event can allow for the kids to see the benefits and opportunities that can come from sports.
The camp is open to Six Nations community members aged 5-15 and will take place June 22 at the Six Nations Sports Fields at noon.
