The PGA Tour Americas is coming back to Fredericton with the announcement that the Explore NB Open will return for its second year to Mactaquac Provincial Park Golf Course.
Mark Dunbar, the golf tournament’s organizer says the 2024 pilot year saw over 3000 attendees per day, some coming from as far away as Ontario and Maine.
The 2024 tournament was won by Ian Holt, an American born golfer from Ohio who is currently ranked 592nd in the world, and featured dozens of other rising stars.
Next year’s tournament runs from June 30th to July 6th, 2025.
