In CJRO’s September 9th News Brief — Russell Township recently announced it has finally found a new home for the Embrun branch of the public library. It will be relocating to a brand new location which will be leased from the Embrun Co-op when the building is completed in 2026. The rural municipality southeast of Ottawa has sought for a suitable location for over ten years. The library had been temporarily moved to a school when Service Ontario took over the former space.
