Council in Centre Wellington will be looking to address issues with short-term accommodation, or STAs locally, following the implementation of a multi-step process.
Bed and breakfasts and STAs have drawn several zoning complaints locally, and some staff worry about the growing number of them within the township that may take away long-term rental opportunities.
This chosen process, CAO Dan Wilson says, will involve consultation of locals and more.
