In an interview with CIVL, he spoke about a shift towards prioritizing treatment to wean individuals off drugs, potentially necessitating involuntary treatment. Rustad warns that doctors have indicated a critical timeframe of two to three years within which action must be taken to avert an uncontrollable situation.
