Prince George RCMP uncover pineapple-shaped drug press following madcap apprehension
A hot pursuit was snuffed out by Prince George RCMP before it could get started on Friday November 29th as an officer noticed a car being lit on fire near Victoria St and McCullagh Ave. The suspect was followed a couple blocks to the vicinity of the 2600 block of Quince St., leading officials to a would-be getaway taxi with three more individuals familiar to police waiting inside, along with some illegal possessions.
That discovery followed the approval and execution of two search warrants that procured guns, drugs, and a silicon pineapple shaped mold used to press substances into the shape of little pineapples. Cpl. Jennifer Cooper breaks down the series of events with CFURadio during a visit to the detachment.
All suspects are currently released as they await charge approvals, and further trial.
