Sixty-first New Brunswick legislative session opens with rent cap, electricity rebates
The 61st New Brunswick Legislative session kicked off this week with a throne speech that included $10,000 retention payments for nurses, the implementation of a 3% rent cap effective, the removal of the provincial carbon adjustment on the price of gas and a 10% rebate on electricity bills.
