Bay St. George RCMP is looking to arrest 35-year-old Archibald Billard.
Cpl Jolene Garland said on Monday that Billard was identified and charged for a theft from Napa Auto Parts in Stephenville. Over $1,200 of Milwaukee Power Tools were stolen; a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Garland says Billard is also wanted on previous unrelated charges that include charges of theft under $5000 (two counts), theft over $5,000, flight from police and mischief – damage to property
