Hammond Golf and Country Club is looking for locals to pay it forward at a charity event the club is hosting.

They organization is asking guests to pay a meal forward for someone who cannot normally afford a lunch or dinner out. It is a way to give back to the community that has helped make the course and club successful, according to club representatives, and a recognition that times have been tough lately.
