Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre was named “newsmaker of the year” by the Canadian Press (CP).
The title is awarded annually by CP. Polievre said he doesn’t think about the recognition much but is focused on doing his job. Poilievre says as the year ends and a new one is set to begin, he will remember the stories he ‘s heard from people who are suffering.
