Loyalist Township will be looking over recent comments from staff and the public related to the proposed development of three 15-unit stacked row dwellings in Odessa. The subject property is located on the east side of William Street and is presently vacant. Highway 401 is located to the north, with county
road 6 to the east.
Brookland Fine Homes Ltd has applied for an official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment for the development of the proposed project.
Changes have been made to the proposal since a public meeting on Oct. 11, 2022. New comments from the public at a Dec. 11 meeting have now been received as well.
Staff noted that all public input will be considered as staff complete the technical review of the applications. A recommendation report will be brought forward to council once the technical review is completed and comments can be addressed from agencies, staff and the public.
