In part two of our interview series with Saint John Mayor Donna Reardon, we explore the successes and challenges facing the city’s Uptown area amidst its rapid growth. Uptown is the densest and oldest part of Saint John, known for its heritage buildings and narrow streets, which can present unique challenges for expansion and development.
The Mayor fills us in on some of the investments being made to increase quality of life for the Uptown residents, as well as some new infrastructure projects that are receiving additional funding from both the Provincial and Federal governments.
