The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported pulling over for speeding driver on Highway 417 on Aug. 7 and discovered an 18-month-year old in the front seat of the car.
The infant was in the lap of the passenger rider, and seven people total were occupying the vehicle; four of which were children. The car did not possess any children’s boosters seats.
