Police are calling the recent death of a Six Nations man “suspicious” and are investigating with the help of provincial partners.
On May 10 at approximately 11:20 a.m., Brandon Keith Hill, 49, was found with life-threatening injuries on the side of the road of Fourth Line Road near Mohawk Road on Six Nations, police confirmed.
Hill was transported to a nearby hospital by Ornge air ambulance and was pronounced dead on May 11.
Six Nations Police stated in a May 21 media release that Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Criminal Investigation Branch, the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service will all be assisting in the investigation moving forward.
Police say updates will be provided when available and state anyone with information or dashcam video from the area to contact Six Nations Police or OPP.
