For the first time in 15 years the City of Ottawa is hosting a series of rural summits in the rural portions of the amalgamated city.
Rural councillors George Darouze David Brown and Catherine Kitts have all told CJRO they are hopeful that residents in the countryside portion of the greater city make their views known. The results of an online survey at engage.ottawa.ca will go into a report that will form policy in November.
